Buy Toner from a Toner Company NOT from...

A good tip and good advise for buying toners from one of our customers. (We received this email from one of our customers)

Dear Toner-N-More,

I have been buying my toner from you since year 2000 and was extremely satisfied with your prices and service.

Recently we needed some electronics (camera to be specific) which we ordered from a company who also sold toner. We placed two orders of about $500 each from this company.

All I want to say is “we will never ever again buy toner from an electronic store again” and for a lesson learned the hard way, now we know to buy toner from a toner store and a camera from a camera store and clothing from a clothing store.

We received the wrong stuff and when we called the rep didn’t know what we were talking about (he couldn’t help us with the toner and it took a few phone calls – and still not satisfied) we still have the wrong toner lying around here.

How convenient to buy toner and a camera from the same place. YEAH RIGHT! We thought we found paradise but ended up in hell instead.
